Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Physical Books:
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products / eBooks:
Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, eBooks and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
